When will my order be delivered?

Orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days (Mon – Fri). Shipping takes 3 – 7 business days with tracking updates sent by email.

Where do you ship to?

At the moment, we only ship to the United States.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs $5.99USD for all orders.

Can I update my order after placing it?

If you contact us shortly after purchase, we’ll try to adjust details before dispatch. After shipment, changes aren’t possible. If you would like to change something in your order, contact us immediately at support@peteroliveira.com.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are supported at checkout.

How do I track my shipment?

A tracking link is emailed once your order leaves our facility. You can track your order via the "Track My Order" page. Which can be accessed via the footer.

Will sales tax be added?

Where required by law, state sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout using your shipping address.
