Refund policy

At Peter Oliveira, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a fair and straightforward return process.

Return Period

Customers have 40 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • In unused, unworn, and unwashed condition
  • Returned with all original packaging and product tags
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label is not provided. Please send your return using a reliable, trackable shipping service.

Steps to Return an Item

1) Contact our team at support@peteroliveira.com to initiate your return request.

2) Securely repackage the item, including original tags and packaging.

3) Ship the package back to the address provided by our customer service team.

We strongly recommend keeping your tracking details until your refund or exchange is completed.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective products. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please notify us when starting your return request.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please email support@peteroliveira.com with your order number and photos. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. Please email us as soon as possible at support@peteroliveira.com to request a cancellation. If your order has already been dispatched, the return process must be followed once the package arrives.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of its status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 2 days.

Important notes:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
  • Processing times from your bank or credit card provider may delay the posting of your refund.

If more than 7 business days have passed since your return was delivered and you have not received your refund, please reach out to us.
