Shipping policy
We know how important it is to receive your order quickly and without hassle. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing, delivery, and tracking for all orders placed with Peter Oliveira.
When We Ship
All orders placed before 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday through Friday will start processing that same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays are handled on the next business day.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Processing: 1–2 business days
- Shipping/Transit: 3–7 business days after processing
So the total delivery time is 4 - 9 business days from the moment your order is placed.
Keep in mind that business days don’t include weekends or federal holidays.
Shipping Cost
We keep it simple: shipping within the U.S. is a flat $5.99 USD per order, no matter how big or small your purchase.
How We Ship
We work with well-known carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your package securely. Carrier selection depends on your location and current service availability.
As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking details so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Where We Ship
At this time, we only ship within the United States. Unfortunately, we don’t offer international shipping yet.
Delivery Issues
If a package is returned to us because the address entered at checkout was incomplete or incorrect, we’ll reach out to confirm the correct address. Please note that a new shipping charge may apply if the order needs to be resent.
Unexpected Delays
While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays can happen due to weather, carrier disruptions, or other events outside our control. If we become aware of a significant delay, we’ll contact you right away.
